There is a visitor entrance into the Triad parking garage on 300 West. Visitor parking stalls are available in the east parking garage located under the buildings on level P2. You may also park in any stall that is not reserved.

Entering on 300 West: You must be southbound on 300 West to enter the parking garage. As you go down the ramp, go to the far right lane and take a ticket. When you enter the parking garage you are on level P3 of the east garage. Drive forward a short distance and turn right down the ramp leading to level P2. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right. There are visitor parking stalls to your right and around the corner. The entrance to our building, 5 Triad, is on level P2 near the visitor parking.

Finding our office from the underground parking: Once you have entered our building, 5 Triad, you will walk down a long hallway past the security command center.

The elevators are at the end of the hallway, around to your left. (Don’t go through the door at the end of the hallway or you will end up at the health club or in KSL's mailroom). During regular office hours you may proceed straight to the elevators and go up to the 7th floor.

Finding our office from the main lobby entrance on 300 West: Once you have entered our building, 5 Triad, proceed through the lobby and turn right to reach the elevators. Take an elevator up to the 7th Floor.

After hours and on Saturdays: If entering our building, 5 Triad, from the underground parking, you must stop at the security command center before coming up to the 7th Floor as the elevators are locked down. If a security officer is available, he/she will escort you up. If not, security will call our office and we will come down to get you.

If you are entering our building from the main entrance on 300 West, there is an intercom on the right side of the entrance on the north wall. Push the button to alert security of your presence. If a security officer is available, he/she will escort you up to our offices. If not, security will call our office and we will come down to get you.

If the security officer tells you there is no answer at our office, have them call one of the following extensions.
