Mark V. Anderson

Mark Anderson is a principal in the Audit Department and the Director of the Firm’s Quality Control. Mark has over 15 years experience in public accounting. He has work experience in performing all facets of financial statement and audits.

Mark's experience and background includes: SEC filings, large equipment retail, construction, oil and gas, real estate development, time share, software development, hotel and casino, manufacturing and public utilities. His experience also includes conducting audits under the Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book), and State of Utah Compliance.

Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the UACPA and served as Downtown Chapter President from 2001 through 2002. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  He is currently serving on the audit committee of Baker Tilly.

Mark graduated in 1992 Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University in 1993.
