Our Firm has established qualifications deemed necessary for the various levels of
responsibility within the Firm.
· The levels of responsibility that are inherent in the various staff classifications are
communicated to personnel by levels of responsibility assigned to them and through principal
evaluations. Our Firm has provided the following staff classifications:
· 1. Associate
· 2. Manager
· 3. Supervisor
· 4. Senior
· 5. Semi-Senior
· 6. Staff Accountant
· The criteria which is considered in evaluating individual performance and expected
proficiency is enumerated in our employee manual.
· Advancement policies and procedures are communicated to personnel during training
sessions, evaluation sessions and the employee manual.
The performance of our personnel is continuously evaluated and personnel are periodically
advised of their progress. Personnel files are maintained containing documentation relating
to the evaluation process.
