Doug Hawkes is an audit principal. Doug has over 22 years of experience in public accounting.
He has extensive experience working with many companies in a wide variety of industries. Doug
has special expertise in working with companies who have public ownership and working with
registration statements and public offerings.Doug graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University. Doug is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA). Doug has been a member of several "peer review" teams, which were organized by the AICPA to review the accounting and auditing practices of other CPA firms. |
