A Manager is expected to be able to serve in a full capacity in handling all regular matters for those clients delegated by the principals. This will include quality control of all work through detailed work paper review, preparation of all reports, statements and letters for final acceptance by the responsible principal, planning, supervision and control of all phases of the Firm's regular services for those clients, responsibility for performance of supervised staff, and billing and collection responsibilities. In full measure, the Manager must effectively represent the Firm to those clients delegated to him/her.

Concurrently, the Manager must keep the client administrator informed of the client's situation and any potential problems. Managers may have client administrator's responsibilities.

Managers are expected to actively develop new business and expand services for existing clients. They have major responsibility for the professional development and personal growth of the younger staff members. Manager activities in Firm public relations may include making speeches, writing articles and representing the Firm in assigned professional and civic functions.

A Manager will be considered for promotion by the end of the fifth (5th) or sixth (6th) year of experience.
