In normal circumstances, an individual will be informed of their election twelve (12) months prior to their actual admission. The twelve (12) month period is seen by the Principals as a final evaluation and judgment opportunity. It allows the employee time to make his/her own determination concerning the anticipated participation in ownership. Generally, a professional staff employee with less than six (6) years of experience will not be considered for ownership. The general entry experience level will range between seven (7) and ten (10) years. |
