Paul Skeen a Partner in the Audit Department. He has 10 years
experience in public accounting. During that time he has been involved in all aspects of financial and compliance audits.
Paul's experience and background includes, SEC filings, software development, construction, manufacturing, resort operations and
utility providers. Paul also has extensive experience conducting audits under the Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book), and
State of Utah Compliance. Over the past five years Paul has primarily focused on public companies and governmental entities.Paul graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and in 1998 with a Master in Professional Accountancy - Audit/Financial from Weber State University. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA). Paul has been active in leadership with The UACPA. He was a founding member of the organization's "Emerging CPAs" committee that serves the unique needs of those entering the accounting profession. He also served as the chair of the Continuing Education Approval Committee which has been charged with implementing new standards for the continuing education of all CPA's in the State of Utah. |
